After having spent weeks in Vegas with wealthy kids and millionnaires, I spent a couple of days with broke surfers and skaters on the Pacific coast after I left Los Angeles where I got a new passport after a bag containing the rest of my cash, my computer, hard drives and all my photo and video material got stolen in Vegas.
One of those millionnaires heard about my story and about how desperate I was and he kindly offered me to buy me a body and a lens so I could continue to take pictures. I will never be able to thank him enough and I know he does not care anyway but these pictures are dedicated to him. This stop in California was one of the most inspiring moments of my U.S. trip so far. Life lesson #439: forget about money, forever!
